Since seller commissions are typically 2.5-3% of the sales price and the average home price in our area is $1,600,000 this is an amazing opportunity!

She will accept bids by e-mail until Friday March 23, 2017 at noon. Additional bids can be made during the live auction at the Sequoia Crab Feed on the evening of March 24th. • Don’t have cash now? Payment for the winning bid may be made via escrow upon the sale of your home (you will be required to sign a contract agreeing to this.)
• Winning bidder may transfer this right to another person before Exclusive Right to Sell Listing Agreement is signed, but not later than October 31, 2019.

Additional details:

Winning bidder must enter into an Exclusive Right to Sell Listing Agreement with Laura Bertolacci within 18 months of April 1, 2018. Winning bidder may transfer this right to another person, mutually agreed upon between winning bidder and Laura Bertolacci, before Exclusive Right to Sell Listing Agreement is signed, but no later than October 31, 2019. The Exclusive Right to Sell Listing Agreement shall be for a period of no less than six (6) consecutive months.

A sale of the subject property is not guaranteed. Winning bidder or recipient will pay 2.5% of the sales price to cover incidentals and the buyer’s broker compensation + $1 for the listing agent commission and the winning bid amount from the auction (if not paid at the time of the auction).
